Request not completed

I seem to be having no end of issues trying to send gifts and quest cash to my kids, I sent one £15.00  yesterday but everytime he tries to buy a bundle he gets the message below even though he has enough quest cash in his account, he can't do it in vr or the app.

Same when trying to send quest cash, how can i fix this?
