Revert back to older firmware, UI, Loft, Camera

Greetings, i have just updated my quest 3 from v76 to version v207... and to me this new "Navigator"  menu is very confusing and hard to operate, it is alot alot less pleasant expirience that i had both visually and practically. New "Loft" is very wierd, i lost all my previous enviroments that i loved, it feels like alot alot less comfortable and pleasant expirience. "New Camera" when recording follows me around and UI and Buttons are visable on all video recordings, making it impossible to focus and is very distracting to the viewer, again, very abnoxious and not comfortable expirience!
Can i revert back to older firmware? I tried some workarounds and solutions, but all that does not fix anything to how it felt and was even closlely!
