simple security video on the App leaves glasses unused

I have a pair of glasses and I had to reset it. I configured it on my cell phone on both Android and iOS and the configuration stops in the health and safety item because the video doesn't play. It's wonderful to have glasses that aren't being used because of a video.😭

    if you are talking about a Quest 1 or Go you'll need an older version of the Horizon app for the set up. The video won't play with the newset version.

    The solution in the following link works for Quest 1 and Go and includes a link to an older version..... bur maybe you must try various versions.

    Meta support doesnt't recognize my Oculus Quest (1st gen) serial number so I cannot get help. | Meta Community Forums - 1274215
