Stuck in Login loop

Hello, I just got a new phone number. I managed to change it for all my Meta accounts aside from my, well, Meta account. To change it, it wants me to log in and type in a code from my old number (that I can’t do). I can also type in a recovery code, but I don’t have one. So then I got to the support site, but there I can’t get to a support person without logging in, and at the login screen itself, there isn’t an option to request support. And in the support site itself, it keeps redirecting me to links I have already been to, only to start at the main page again. And the support AI system is utterly useless since it only tells me to press buttons that aren’t there.

so what are my options here? Is there a secret link that I can press or what? Also this account is new since I needed to create one to ask for help. 

I would love to gain back access to my account since I am soon going to buy a new Quest headset and I already have a bunch of games purchased that I don’t want to lose access to
