Suddenly my Bobovr M3 can't keep up with the headset drain

When using my Quest 3, I use a Bobovr M3 headset with a battery. In the past the Bobovr battery would always drain first before the Quest started to drain but now when I use it I get a notice about "slow charging" and the battery can't keep up so the headset actually drains.

Anyone have any idea what has changed? Not sure if it's a BoboVR issue or a Quest 3 issue!

    Latest update:

I had one VR session where it worked fine, then the next week, I had another session where I powered it on with the BoboVR battery connected, got the "slow charging" message, unplugged the BoboVR cable from the power jack and plugged it back in, and then it worked fine and totally drained my battery before draining the headset.

OK Gang, I myself had the same problem , my BoBoVR headset started using the Quest 3 battery first and just wear down the battery and never switch to the BoBoVR battery,  HOWEVER, I worked out a fix and it works flawlessly! I have been doing this very simple fix for two days and it never fails, it uses the BoBoVR battery firt and when I stop my Quest 3 still has 95% power. Her it is, step by simple step.

    1. Charge Your Quest 3 (Any Quest I believe)
    2. After charging, add the BoBoVR battery to the back oh HS as usual.
    3.  Go about and start to set up your game (I play Half Life Alyx) on your PC.
    4. As your game is in the process of starting up Unplug the little black wire (Front, Left on Quest 3) and then plug it back in right away.
    5. Now play as you did when there wasn't a problem. After you finish, save you game and end it. Take a look at your Quest 3 battery, it should be the same percentage full as when you 1st started and the BoBoVR battery should be exhausted to the degree that you played.

    That's it, pretty simple, no?

Yeah this is the same solution I posted about a month ago and SO FAR has worked for me both times I got the "slow charging." The ole unplug/re-plug. A slight annoyance but at least we can use our batteries!

Mine won't charge at all as of v77 with the same BoboVR S3. Unplugging and replugging doesn't work because the Oculus is disabling the USB port until I reset the headset. The reset doesn't remedy the issue.

Have the same Problem ! Using Meta Quest 3 and BoboVR S3 Head-strap. While Meta Quest is on there is no charging by the Bobo battery and the battery of the Meta Quest runs empty without using support charge by the Bobo battery. If Meta Quest is off, it is charged by Bobo battery, but just if it is off.😒 That issue makes the Bobo batterie useless.
