Tearing in our VR tours

Hi all,

Has anyone noticed odd issues when viewing VR tours on the Meta Quest?

We're getting tearing glitches. This is mainly happening when turning our heads but it also happened once when not moving where the view seemed to jump.

I've just tried a completed tour from a while ago and I'm having it with that too. It happens with both downloaded (wifi off) and online tours.

It mainly seems to be happening with the left eye.

I've just tried the a 360 video tour from a trusted source and the left eye's going crazy.  Closing my left eye it's happening a little but not as much.

I thought the issue was because we had an old headset and the lens had cracked or something but we have the same with a new Quest 3 we've just bought for a client.

Any help with this would be great, thanks
