trouble with account

My Facebook account, which was linked to my Meta account, was hacked. It is currently suspended with no option for recovery. How can I recover the games and purchases I had made on that account?

    You can't.

As steve_40 says, you can't. When your Facebook account is unsuspended you can recover your games and purchases. Future tip, if and when you get unsuspended, unlink Facebook, Instagram, in fact any Meta products from your headset. A ban on one means a ban on all. Keep your headset account separate.

Here's a link to follow for hacked Facebook accounts. It's all we can offer as a user only forum. Good luck.

Thank you for your response. However, I need to make it clear that I was the victim of a cyberattack (account takeover/hacking) on my original account. The content that triggered the suspension was posted by the unauthorized intruder who breached my account security, not by me. I understand the severity of the violation, but as a legitimate customer, I should not be permanently penalized and lose all my legally purchased games and software content due to a security breach. Since the original account cannot be restored, I am requesting assistance in transferring my purchased software licenses and software library to my new, verified account, or providing an equivalent resolution/credit for the games tied to my Meta Quest 2 device hardware. I can provide: My device Serial Number (Meta Quest 2). Proof of purchase / invoices (bank/PayPal receipts) for the games bought under the previous account. Proof of identity to confirm ownership. Please escalate this case to a specialized support manager who can address account takeover damage and license recovery for affected consumers. Thank you for your help.

This is a user-only community forum. There are no Meta staff here. Read again the reply from Maccyb123 , carefully. Nobody here can escalate anything.
