@MetaQuestVR meta Still waiting for my Meta Quest controller replacement for RMA 1197217195505773. Returned July 27, confirmed received July 31, promised 5–7 day turnaround. It’s now Aug 14, no tracking, no update, no response since Aug 12. Please resolve.
