Urgent: Meta VR Account Recovery – No Access to Email or Phone

I am requesting help to recover my Meta VR account. I am currently locked out and no longer have access to the email or phone number that was originally linked to the account.

 

I still know my username and can provide any other information needed to verify ownership. I am unable to log in, reset the password, or access the account in any way.

 

Please assist me in recovering or restoring access to my account. I am willing to verify any required details to confirm I am the rightful owner.

    I don't believe, there is a way to recover the account, if you don't have access to the email that is linked to it. 🙁

    You can reach out to Meta support via email, chat or WhatsApp HERE,  but I suspect they won't tell you anything different.

      man that sucks bc i spent so much money on that account unless i used a different phone number and i forgot i don’t think there is a way because i don’t know the password and email got shutdown

        xvirgoated​ maybe there is hope.

        If you can proof your game purchases somehow - I couldn't if I didn't have access to my emails

        ....... but other people are smarter than me and save their store receipts not only in a folder in their emails😅

        You won't be able to recover your account, friends and so on, but this guy were able to get his games back.
