VR Chat Error "Oculus platform error during user proof check timeout during fetching DSAT"

VRChat for some reason keeps giving me that error and it won't load after that. I can't even press the "Okay" button. Is this an issue that many people are experiencing, or is it just me? The error then proceeds by saying that I need to use a PC and a cable to play VRChat with quest link. I've done that and I can play it, but the point is that I want to play VRChat without my PC so I can play anywhere, and this error keeps blocking me from doing that. Is there a fix to this issue? if so how? (I've tried reinstalling, using my phone hotspot, restarting the device)

    I don't know if you still have this problem but I did to and I fixed it. I downloaded vrchat on my PC, made sure my world and avatar where vr compatable. Then I opened vrchat through my phone on the oculus app and it worked. I changed my wifi and reset my headset to. Hope this helps

    Can I clarify if this is a specific Avatar/World Issue or if this is occurring when loading booting up the app?

    Some Avatars/Worlds lack compatibility across all devices, hope this helps!

    All I did was was hold my volume down key and power button with my headset powered on for around 12 seconds (it'll shut off when you've done it successfully)

    Ah, that's what you meant, I see.
    You can reboot your quest by pressing the power button
    Rebooting didn't help
    But thanks for the advice

    我认为应该是网络的原因（而非硬件或软件），我在中国即使使用VPN也无法正常使用VRChat（但是可以使用youtube应用）。此外在我第一次激活设备过程中，使用VPN始终无法连接网络（因此无法进行第一次下载更新）。

    我被迫使用游戏加速软件（网易UU加速器）解决了以上2个问题。我怀疑他们可能使用了UDP协议来进行网络通信，而我的VPN软件是基于TCP的。

    备注：我的VRchat显示错误原因和你的有差异。你所在的国家/地区是否对于访问Meta的服务是否有限制？

    I think it's the network (not the hardware or software) that I can't use VRChat properly in China even with VPN (but I can use the youtube app). In addition, during my first activation of the device, I couldn't connect to the network using VPN (so I couldn't download the first update).
     
    I was forced to use game acceleration software (NetEase UU Accelerator) to solve the above 2 problems. I suspect they may use UDP protocol for network communication, while my VPN software is based on TCP.
     
    Note: The reason for my VRchat error is different from yours. Does your country have restrictions on accessing Meta's services?
