Your controllers cant be found message when in pcvr

Hi,

has anyone experienced this message when in pcvr, I’m using a link cable: ‘Your  controllers cant be found please pick up to continue or Press the volume up (+) and volume down (-) buttons on your headset at the same time to exit’ it suddenly just started appearing, to get rid of it I have to pick up the controllers, it says to press + and - on volume which is near impossible, and it does nothing anyway.Ive tried repairing the link software, no difference, and resetting the headset and pc etc - no difference, anyone any ideas? Thanks.
