Account login problem

I have multiple quest headsets and multiple accounts. I can't log in to the account I previously registered with Facebook because the email address on my Facebook account has since changed to the one I used to register another headset with. I can't log in to my previous email address. Can you help me figure out what to do?

I want to connect the cast to the controls and I go through all the steps and the code that I don't get is on the site but it doesn't accept my email address.
