Blocco dell'app Horizon in fase di video su salute e sicurezza

In fase di configurazione di nuovo dispositivo (Oculus Go) l'app si bvlocca sul video di salute e sicurezza, inpedendo l'avanzamento della configurazione. Chi mi può aiutare?

    The setup of the Go doesn't work with the current version of the phone app, you'll need an older version.

    The solution in the following link describes what you must do and includes a link to an older app version.....maybe you must try multiple versions though. It's for the Quest 1 but also works for the Go.

    Meta support doesnt't recognize my Oculus Quest (1st gen) serial number so I cannot get help. | Meta Community Forums - 1274215
