Can't connect Meta Horizon to Quest3

Hi all,

   I'm not sure what I've done but I've got beyond the point of frustration here

   Maybe a year or two ago I used SIDEQUEST to send a movie file to my Quest.  It works fine

   I've since purchased various programs on the Quest Store and notice any time I buy something, it emails me on my main email.  The VR profile I have however seems to be tied to another email.

  When I joined this forum I used my main email and my VR profile automatically showed up including my Avatar.  It's working as it should

  When I use my main email on Horizon, it forces me to make a new Avatar and I can't find my VR profile anywhere

   When I try to pair my headset, it says it can find 53 Bluetooth devices but can't find my headset

   My headset is fine, I can log into the store and download

   When I try to connect using wireless or anything else it won't work either

   I can still use Virtual Desktop while this is happening

   So at this point my only guess is it's something to do with the VR profile

   When I go into headset --> Settings and find the pairing code, doesn't work

   When I'm on my phone, it SEEMS like it's taking my MAIN EMAIL and somehow tying it to my facebook email, which has nothing to do with anything.  I try to add my VR profile email and it says there is no quest account tied to that email, but when I use the STORE with my glasses, that's the email that shows, even though the purchase go to my main email. 

The VR profile is what I see on leaderboards on games

The main email is where puurchase receipts are sent

My Facebook email does nothing other than access facebook, I don't use it for anything else

How can I get out of this loop?  I just want to copy a **bleep** file over
