Can't get a SMS code regardless how much I try

Hi, I made this account recently because I can't access mine anymore due to 2FA authenticator not working.

I recently bought a Meta Quest 3 and was setting it up when it asked to install meta horizon on my phone, when done I logged into my meta account and it said it sent a code by SMS that I have to enter but I never got anything, I tried multiple times, nothing. Rebooted my phone, tried with a different phone, everything, nothing.

I tried the Ai help support, nothing at all.

Please help!!
