Can't get past Blue screen

Tried to boot up my metaquest 2 and all I get is a Blue screen

If you mean a gray/black screen by saying blue screen, you can try if using a hairdryer(cold airflow) - like shown in the video - helps. The gray/black screen is often caused by moisture/sweat that found its way into the headset and sometimes a hairdryer can solve the issue.

If this doesn't work, look for a repair service like "Fix my Oculus" - if you are in the US - or google for a vr headset repair service in your country.
