Can’t pair quest 2 to meta horizon link app

Whenever I try and pair my quest 2 to my pc the pair button just greys out after clicking it and then nothing else happens. There is no pairing code displayed on my pc or headset.

I’ve tried reinstalling the meta horizon link app

Factory reset my quest 2

Restarted my router/modem, pc and quest 2

This is the first time I’ve had a major problem when trying to use air link. Normally just restarting the app fixes it but this time it still wont work.
