Question

Controller stopped working

I’ve had my quest 3 for a little over a year now. A few months ago the right controller stopped working. After following through all the troubleshooting steps and speaking with support, the replaced both controllers under warranty. Now it’s only been a couple months and I’m having the same issue again with the new controllers.

Support says they will only replace them once, so now my only solution is to buy new or refurbished controllers. Is there any fix other than buying new controllers? I can’t really justify spending $100s every few months if this is an ongoing issue.

Hi WildUP 🙂

You can look for a repair service like Fix my Oculus - if you are in the US - or goolgle for a vr headset repair service in your country.

This is cheaper than buying a new/refurbished controller.

Thanks! We are in the US but super remote. I’ll have to see if there is even someone there does this locally.

WildUP  Sure, you can do that.

Fix my Oculus has free shipping and they are good...... just in case, you can't find someone locally.😉
