How do I locate a lost controller?

I looked everywhere and I can’t find my controller is there a way to locate it or use Bluetooth or anything like that to locate it and if it’s off is there still another way to locate it and turn it on

All you kids who find it so easy to lose an essential part of an expensive piece of hardware, need to get some air tags for your controllers and headsets.

I lost both of me controllers but when I check in the app, it still says they are active, please help me find them
