I can’t sign in after factory reset

Does the app still shows the Quest as paired after the factory reset? If so, use another phone or a tablet to pair the Quest.

i just factory reset my quest 2 and now i can't pair it to my horizon app | Meta Community Forums - 1379690

I hope you saved the code to get back into your Meta account. If you can get into your account, you should be able to find it under the menus but if not, you will have to relink you account. Copy down that pairing code, put it on a piece of tape and tape that to the inside of your headband. You won't a full reset then.
