i just factory reset my quest 2 and now i can't pair it to my horizon app

I just factory reset my vr due to a game bug which i though required the proccess but turned out to be just the games servers being down, anywho after i factory reset when i tried to pair my vr back to the same meta horizon app that i used prior it diddn't allow me to, only showing me the prompt to either try again (which did nothing) or to give up, essientally BRICKING my headset until the issue is resolved.

the meta quest 2 is still "paired" to my meta horizon account

Use a different phone - maybe borrow one for a few minutes - or a tablet to pair the Quest.

This worked for many users with the same issue.

the meta quest 2 is still "paired" to my meta horizon account but after factory reseting i can't pair to that same headset for what ever reason. ( what i mean by "paired " is that it is still connected to my meta horizon account but not able to be casted to or connected to via the horizon app, presumably due to the headset not being connnected to anything, meaning that i am essiantally stuck until one of you fellas find a solution
