Hello I have an oculus 2 64gb. Ive tried connecting it to my meta horizon app with the 5 dight code. Ive tried doing a factory reset, clearing my Bluetooth catche, uninstalling my app and restarting my phone. A side not when I factory reset it I saw something that said "locked". Please help
So basically quest link (using a cable) worked yesterday perfectly fine, but today I tried to launch it and it gets stuck on a screen with a white meta logo, and never loads into the pcvr. I have a feeling this is something to do with the broken update they released a few days ago 78.1---. IF YOU HAVE A FIX PLEASE LET ME KNOW, I have to use VR for my job and this is making it so I can't work.
I'm trying to add a profile to our Quest 2 so we can play together with our Quest 3. However when I add an email to send a link to I can type in the email but the "send" button doesn't light up. Our original profile is connected for horizon+ so I don't want to make mine the main profile. How can I add profiles?
I have had the meta quest pro controllers since 2023 and they just started acting up a while back, recently they have been having a about 11 inch offset Infront of my face and when doing a 360 they try their best to stay in the place. But the thing is that I can still move it forwards and back it's just very inconvenient and very hard to do anything. If anyone knows a solution to fix this, I would be delighted if you could leave a reply. Thank you!
Hello, I've got a Quest 3 and today I received a head strap that has built in headphones. Amongst its other problems, the audio wasn't very loud, even when turned up to max. We have the same style headset from the same manufacturer on our Quest 2 and it's quite loud when on max volume.I tried a separate pair of headphones and connected via Bluetooth and they were loud (but then there's the latency issue).Connected to same pair to the Quest 3 using aux or USB C cables and it goes back to being quiet.I found someone in Reddit with instructions on how to reset the volume but it involves what looks like coding and I'm not sure I'm confident enough for that.I don't seem alone in having this issue according to a Google but I'm not seeing many solutions. Any ideas how to make the audio as loud as the Quest 2 or Quest 3 through Bluetooth, through the aux or USB C connections please?
Bonjour,J’ai un problème avec la connexion Bluetooth entre mon Samsung S23 Ultra et mon Quest 3. Bien qu’ils soient appariés, ils ne se connectent pas.Quelqu’un pourrait-il me donner une solution ?Merci.
Hey everyone — wondering if anyone else has run into this. So I’ve noticed that every time I move the right stick on my Meta Quest controller, there’s this audible clicking sound. Not the button press — I mean just from moving the stick around, like there’s a tiny internal snap or tap. 🟢 The left stick is totally silent and smooth.:red_circle: The right stick makes this click/pop sound every time I move it, even just slightly. I’ve read some people say it’s normal, part of the way the spring mechanism is built…Others are saying it could be a defect, especially if the left stick isn’t doing the same thing. It’s not affecting gameplay yet, but it’s starting to get into my head — and I don’t want this to turn into stick drift or wear down faster. Just trying to figure out: Is this normal for the right controller?Or should I request a replacement or warranty check before it gets worse? Appreciate any help or similar experiences. 🙏my father got me
while in the peoples app on my quest 3’S in a party my audio works but as soon as I load up a game while in party all of my audio changes to my quest and not my headphones idk what to do.
Hello, I recently purchased a Meta Quest 3. I downloaded the Meta Horizon app on my phone, but I can't pair the device. I've tried everything Meta has told me, but I'm still the same. Any solution? Thanks.
Hi, I've been having this problem for a couple of days now and i'm hoping somebody can help me with it. Whenever I launch airlink, the startup of the PC takes 4 times longer than usual, once it finally loads in my oculus is stuck on the meta logo initiation screen for 10 times longer than usual. Once it finally loads in, steam vr, or anything for that matter, detect the headset and applications that don't use steamvr (such as Blade and Sorcery in oculus mode) just don't launch. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Airlink used to work but now it just a launch button with it being grey.I've tried:Factory resetting my VR headsetRepairing the meta quest pc appupdating all pc required drivers and updating to latest update on both devices Most results just say 'Enable the airlink button on the meta quest pc app' but its not there! what am I doing wrong?? its been doing this for months and support isn't helping either and giving me complex stuff. I've searched up what to do but its too much and I don't trust any of it.
Hey everyone,I’m having trouble getting my Quest 2 to connect via USB 3.0 on my laptop. Here’s my setup:Laptop specs:Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 15IHU6Intel i5-11300HRTX 3050 (laptop GPU)16 GB RAMWindows 11The issue:When I connect the Quest 2 using a USB-C cable (the one I got from the seller), it only connects as USB 2.0 (High-Speed) instead of USB 3.0 (SuperSpeed).I checked this using USB Device Tree Viewer, and here’s what it shows: Device maximum Speed: SuperSpeed Device Connection Speed: High-Speed USB Version: 2.1 (USB 3.0 connected at HighSpeed) The headset itself supports USB 3.0, but the connection never reaches SuperSpeed.I tried multiple cables (including ones from phone/tablet), but still the same result. Is this a known issue with this Lenovo laptop model? (USB-C port not fully wired for data?)Any help or advice would be much appreciated — I don’t want to waste money if the port is physically limited. Thanks in advance!
Hello, good morning. I'm having a problem after updating to version 78. In games (Contractor or GhostOfTabor), whether I'm moving or standing still, the viewing angle suddenly changes. As if I were moving my head too hard. Without touching any controllers or anything... I had thought the problem could be the controller with DRIFT, but I've set the games to smooth rotation... so it wouldn't be the controllers' fault in any case. It changes the direction you're looking, whether you're still or moving. More o less 45 degrees. I'm about to return the glasses and order new ones.
Recently, my Quest 3's caught what I assume is a weird bug that's causing some kind of visual offset between the view that Passthrough captures and what the headset renders internally. If I focus on what I can see through Passthrough, I have to take a second to focus and clear up double vision, but that causes double vision on any UI elements that I focus on afterwards, necessitating that same second to refocus, and vice versa.I've used this headset for over a year up to this point, and I had a Rift S for years before, so I don't believe it's an IPD or VR legs issue, I'm very accustomed to being in VR by now. This also seems to have broken a lot of the Q3's space vision features- the floor consistently appears in bizarre spots now, and it doesn't seem capable of recognising what room I'm in to use boundaries from memory anymore. I've played around with the IPD setting just in case, as well as restarted the headset more than a few times, and no dice. Is it screwed? What do?
when I use the pc link (wired) I get no soundI did all the updates and all settings are correct on both the PC and the VR setI restarted my computer and vr setnothing seems to work. I think it's because of an updateif anyone has any tips that would be very appreciated
Hi Meta Support, I’ve been using my Quest 3 for around 6 months without issue, but recently my **left controller** started drifting. Shortly after, it began triggering inputs on its own (like the grip and trigger), and now it no longer appears in the VR space at all. - It connects fine via Bluetooth.- It shows up in the Meta Quest app.- I can test joystick movement, so pairing works.- But in the headset (XR space), it is completely missing.- I have tried re-pairing, resetting, and changing the battery. Please advise me on how to proceed. I believe this may be a hardware issue. Thanks in advance!
Am I missing something? When I pass my hand over my physical keyboard, especially the center of it, the white outline and dark shadow version of my hand appears which obfuscates the keys I am trying to type turning what is supposed to be a helpful feature, keyboard passthrough, into the opposite.
I can't pair my controllers anymore. It was working fine and then stopped. Tried all of the “fixes” I.e. unpair, factory reset, batteries, but it will not work. When I try pairing the left one it starts making an update, it gets to 1% 3 times and then it says failed. Any solutions? I tried everything
This issue just popped up on my new Quest 2. Was working for since launch no problem. Suddenly tonight no matter which network I join I get the "no internet" message. Internet is working fine on my router as I'm typing this on a computer connected to the same. Also in the app it says "Failed to connect to Oculus servers" and when I try and set/forget the network through that it just hangs and then says "Something went wrong. Please Try again" over and over.Anyone have any fixes? I tried restarting the headset multiple times.
I gave my quest 2 to a family member in philipines. They have factory reset twice. i cannot delete from my profile when they try parent to it and setup horizons the device is not visible. They are on wifi and bluetooth. The only thing it can be is its still under my ownership on a meta platform. Can someone help me delete this so they can pick it up
I am trying to build my VR (Quest 2) library by adding Steam VR games. Unfortunately, these games require a USB cable or 'air link' to run. I prefer the cable, so I bought a good quality - active - USB 3.x cable to connect my Quest 2 to my Windows 11 PC.Normally my procedure for playing a 'tethered' VR game on my quest 2 is this:1. Plug the cable into my PC's USB 3.2 port and to the Quest 2.1a) Power up the Quest 2 and wait it to boot up.2. Start the Oculus app on the Windows 11 PC. Check that it recognized the Quest 2 headset3. Start Steam. Select the VR game I want to play, then hit Play.4. Put on Quest 2 headset.I see the game starting, but somewhere during game play, everything goes blank and I get the message 'pc disconnected'.So the first thing I did was to place the velcro cable management strap over the Quest 2 band so that it keeps the USB C cable in place. The connection feels good, and wiggling it during game play (when PC link is working) does not disconnect. The spontaneous
I used my sim rig with my Oculus 3 link PC all week. Jumped on tonight and noticed the v76 link update and yep, unplayable. Repaired the Link software on the PC several times, uninstalled, reinstalled, did a factory reset on the Oculus, still unplayable. Any suggestions?
My phone was updated so I lost connections to some of my apps. I tried to reconnect my quest headset but after entering the code it doesn't recognize my email address even though I know it is correct. I was able to add a new email but it is still not working with either email. Does anyone have suggestions to resolve this issue?
