Left controller analog stick

Hello i have a quest 3 and i have an issue where my left controller analog stick is going forwards in the headset but the stick is completely steady i don't have stick drift it just suddenly happened when i updated my headset i want to fix it.

    MakunouchiIppo  try recalibrating the joystick in the headset settings.

    recalibrated it did nothing

    MakunouchiIppo  try a factory reset of the headset. 

    Is the joystick acting like you've moved it forward even though you're not touching it? Or is the whole hand controller moving forward when you view it in the headset. Can you get some in-headset video footage of the calibration screen and you moving the joystick in full circles?

      yes its acting that i moved it forward even if im not touching it it also stays foward even if i i move the joystick in full circles
