Meta Horizon Link Isn't working

So I've tried the only fix I know that everyone said it would work where you turn off the thing in windows firewall and it still just is ... and shows the meta logo I can't get it to work I've redownloaded meta horizon link I've disconnected my Wi-Fi and reconnected it I just can't find the fix please someone help me 

 

All it does when I try to load into meta horizon link is shows three dots and the logo and infinitely loads and it was all working yesterday

    There are several reasons that can cause the infinite loading screen.

    Maybe some of those threads can help.

    If your link app is still on v85, enabling PTC might help too, it will update the app to v201.......

    Enable PTC only in link app!....... not in the mobile app, this enables PTC on the headset.

      Well I've tried that update as well I also reinstalled my drivers and I still can't find anything that will work honestly stuck...

      Disable your integrated graphics card if you have one.

      If you are using multiple monitors, disconnect them.

      Also make sure your PC is connected to Private network not Public.

      Also try disabling HAGS in Windows advanced graphics settings.

      In OculusDebugTool, try lowering your Encode Bitrate. If you have been using a higher than default bitrate, then this is most likely your problem.

      Also try rebooting your router.
