Meta Quest 2 right controller stuck in sos mode

So I was playing as always, then my right controller died, I have these rechargeable batteries, so I grabbed a new one and put it in the right controller, then, all of a sudden my right controller started doing SOS in Morse code. So I am trying to figure out how to fix it, I factory reset, nothing. Hard reboot, nothing. I tried unpairing and paring again and again and nothing happeneds. So I am gonna ask u guys for a new controller. I got it for Christmas in 2023. And if I get a new one I will be really happy.

Sorry, who are you asking? There are no Meta employees here, this is a user only forum. You will have to contact Meta directly. However,, as you got your device more than 2 years ago, there is no warranty. You'll have to buy a new one.

    Hi 2xaxell​ 🙂

    Remove the battery and let it like this for 15 min or so, this resets the controller. Maybe you are lucky and it'll work again then...... probably not, but I would at least try it.🤷‍♀️

    If this doesn't work, look for a repair service like Fix my Oculus - if you are in the US - or something similar in your country.

    Or buy a new one like Maccyb123​ suggested........ you definitely won't get a one for free.
