Meta quest pro controller not powering on

My meta quest pro controller was completely fine 2 days ago, but when I took it off of the charger today there were no lights on or anything, I tried pressing the trigger, nothing, the menu button, nothing, I messaged suppport and they said that i could get a replacement for $134.99. Could it be battery failure? Because I am desperate and I do not want to pay the price

      Seriously, could it be a battery failure? Put a new battery in and check it 😂 Seriously, this has to be a joke post. Surely nobody is that clueless.

      Update :Sorry, I didn't recognize they were Pro Controllers  🙏🙂

        Maccyb123​  you can't simply put in a new battery in pro controllers, they have build-in rechargeable batteries.😉

        I find it unlikely that both controllers batteries have a failure at the same time.

        What about the charging dock or the compact charger..... maybe the controllers are simply not charged?🤔

            This has also happened to me with 2 sets of pro controllers recently the first set updated about 2 weeks ago and the second they updated the left controller went completely dead no lights menu button (3 line button won’t work at all) so there is no way to sync them or turn them on any more . At the time i just thought it was its time so I bought another set of pro controllers new in box, opened them synced them to my quest 3 thought everything was golden and then it happened the purple lights on the side indicated they started to update and boom left controller dead same exact thing as the other set of pro controllers, my theory is there is sometime in the update that killed them let me know if this was also your left controller

            The same thing happened to me this past week! My left controller is completely unresponsive and I have ruled out charger issues as the right controller is fine. I tried unpairing the left controller but can’t repair it as it doesn’t work. Nothing makes the light come on and I’ve tried EVERYTHING. 
            I just got the headset and meta won’t even send me replacements because it was bought internationally. Praying it will randomly start working like others have experienced

            Tengo un mando de las Pro que lo dejo en la base de carga y no hace nada, no se enciende el led, con lo que no puedo encenderlo, y a muchos juego no puedo jugar, sabeis si hay un servicio técnico donde llevarlo para que hagan un analisis por si es la bateria o alguna actualización que lo ha anulado?
