Meta support told me to come here and I have no options left

Trying to make a new profile on my quest 3, and link it to my new Facebook account, but both the headset and the meta app take me to Instagram when trying to add another account and not Facebook, and my old Facebook account was made with a Gmail account, so it makes so sense that when signing into my new Facebook account on meta, it says this account already exists and it my old one that I'm actively trying to swap from, or just delete entirely if it becomes more of an issue. None of this makes sense. How are two separate emails and accounts the same meta profile? They are different Facebook accounts. I can't add a profile on the headset, it just tells me that one already exists, and the add accounts thing just takes me to Instagram. I really need help and the meta support team sent me here. Someone please help I had to buy a new cell phone to make a new Facebook account just so I can Livestream to my Facebook again, because my old one refuses to do that. I'm 180 dollars in the hole just to do something I should be able to do for free on my original account.
