Migrating my old oculus account
After not using my headset for ages, I recently got an email from meta saying that my Oculus account was going to be deleted. After verifying it was not a scam I tried to migrate it, I did create a new meta account and did everything right (I think). But none of my games are visible in the meta horizons app or on the website, I can't see any of my purchases on the website. When I try to contact support I just get redirected to the AI chatbot which can't help me, when I then try get past it to contact human support I need a serial number or an order number. I do not have a serial number for my account since I gave away the headset to my sister and don't currently have access to it, and when I enter the old order number i found from 2020 it just says invalid. I did not get a confirmation email from meta or Oculus or anything saying that my account was successfully migrated. How can I stop my data from being deleted? How can I check if it was migrated successfully? How can I contact real support without a serial number? The deadline for the account migration was tonight, so I'm scared that I'm going to lose my purchases. Thanks!
