My factory reset wont connect with my phone anymore

After renitalizing my quest 2, I wanted to pairing it but it wasn’t working. So I removed  it from meta horizon on my PC. I tried again but it didn’t work. However, the headset is still visible on my phone with the serial number. I go to the site, I can’t contact support because my Quest 2 is no longer pair to my account (but can be viewed on my phone as unfound) and the serial number doesn’t work? to help me because I am Aggaceae

Hi Vilaigeur2000​ 🙂

So, you did a factory reset on your Quest.

But although this should remove the Quest from the mobile app, this did not happen and now you are not able to pair the Quest with your phone? Is that correct?

If this is what you meant, just use another phone or a tablet to pair the Quest.😉
