  • I have attempted all the pairing troubleshooting methods, but the device is only flashing lights and failing to pair.

    Hi Beelzebub73​ 🙂

    Take out the battery for 15 min or so, this resets the controller. Maybe you are lucky and it'll work then.

    If not and you still have warranty, contact Meta support via email, chat or WhatsApp HERE

    If your warranty has been expired, look for a repair service like "Fix my Oculus" - if you are in the US - or google for a vr headset repair service in your country.
