Need Help: 2fA and Meta App login

First i have to say, this is not my meta horizon email. Following problem: Since a couple moths, i lost my old smartphone as its screen got destroyed. I have no baclup for the 2fA code there. Everytime i want to log into anything with this account, it doesn't work. If i ask on the official support site with 2fA, it just says there is no support for my model available. I accepted defeat a long time ago, but i want to try this one still. I can give all my info, passport, name, current age, address, everything, i just want to get app support back.
