New quest 3s has no set up menu popping up

I just bought a brand new meta quest 3s and there is no on screen set up menu popping up for me to enter in my wifi code, pair my controllers, etc. Nothing is appearing on screen, just the pass thru camera view. Headset is fully charged, new batteries in the controllers, I've held down the menu and meta buttons on both controllers, no screens pop up for me to set up my brand new quest 3s. I just spent $350 and my 10 year old has been crying all night because his brand new 3S wont do the initial 1st set up for him to play. Please Help if you can!!! I heard there is not a 1 800 technical support number to call either and talk to an actual human being so I'm trying on here. Any help is greatly appreciated!!! Thank you, Patrick

After you open it and see the pass through window, quickly press the power button on the side and it might open the menu.

If not, talk to a human support person at Meta rather than an AI, there are 3 options in the link below. Go with WhatsApp first.

Good luck and hope you have a good resolution. πŸ€πŸ€žπŸ€ž

patshane Just for future reference Patrick, there are only users on this forum, no Meta staff here anymore, but we are here to help if we can. Others might answer with other suggestions.

    Hi patshane πŸ™‚

If Maccyb123 suggestion does not work, try if a factory reset can help.

If that also doesn't work, bring/send back the headset to where you bought it and get either a working one or your money back.

You need to set up the headset via the Meta Horizon mobile phone app...
