Oculus Rift CV1 USB Issues

Hello everyone!

So I've been having issues with my Rift CV1. I have 2 Sensors and the headset. I bought a Inateck 3.0 PCIe card and plugged all the things into it and it gave me USB 3.0 issues where it will go to usb 2.0 on the headset or sensors or on one or the other, it is a lot.

So I tried just having the headset on the card and the 2 sensors on the motherboard, the 2 sensors on the card and the Rift on the motherboard, the headset and 1 sensor on the card and 1 sensor on the motherboard and nothing has worked. But when I have the headset in the card, it makes a crackling sound.

Sometimes, my game will freeze and the last input I press on the controllers it does that and my character or whatever, moves in the game while I cannot move or do anything for like 2 seconds then it goes back to normal.

It has been doing this ever since I got the card and it has been frustrating. I will also list my specs below to give you guys an idea of any issues you see here.

Any help is appreciated!

Specs: EVGA GeForce GTX 1080Ti, AMD Ryzen 5 5600GT, 32GB of DDR4 ram, 256gb SSD, AsRock B450M HDV R4.0 Motherboard, 850 Watt PSU (Power Supply), and the Inateck PCIe 4 3.0 USB ports.
