just got my oculus meta 3 and trying to set up using my computer as i have no smartphone the screen is on pair your headset with 3 commands and a 5 digit code. can't get any farther. any suggestions

It is mandatory to set up using your smartphone or tablet. There is no PC app for setting up your headset. The Horizon Link PC app is not for initial headset setup and won't work!!!

Borrow someone's phone or tablet for 5 minutes just to set up your headset 😉.
