Problem with left controller meta quest 3s

Since yesterday my left controller doesn't word. I've tried every trouble shooting described, always the same issue. 

I did:

  • replace the battery
  • Factory reset of the meta quest
  • Un-pair et restart pairing via the app or directly via the meta quest
  • Hard reset don't work on the controller (x + menu 5 times)

Don't know what to do now

Have you tried pairing it with your keyboard? 🙃

      Hi PPB36​ 🙂

      take out the battery for half an hour or so, this resets the controller. then put in a fresh battery.

        Didn't work to. I was able to pair it, it began an update and when it reached 100% the headset say left controller disconnected. And the controller is flashing the SOS signal. I can pair it after that but always the same issue. I switched from a problem to another

          Perhaps you should try a factory reset again, now that the controller has also been reset.
