Question

Quest 2 - Connected to wifi but suddenly "No Internet"

This issue just popped up on my new Quest 2. Was working for since launch no problem. Suddenly tonight no matter which network I join I get the "no internet" message. Internet is working fine on my router as I'm typing this on a computer connected to the same. Also in the app it says "Failed to connect to Oculus servers" and when I try and set/forget the network through that it just hangs and then says "Something went wrong. Please Try again" over and over.

Anyone have any fixes? I tried restarting the headset multiple times.

So.. I had this issue back in 2023 when my headsets WiFi bugged out, and then I factory reset it, it worked! But now, It’s been having issues, and even when I factory reset it, It didn’t work. After every thing I tried, I booted it, I put in the WiFi IP and gateway, Like I tried everything! And it just says, “Connected to internet, cannot provide WiFi” that’s all it says, and the date is also messed up? Like five days back and the time is 3 hours back aswell so I just hope you can help me, I don’t know if I have to buy a new one
