Quest 3 Meta link cable endless loading FIX

after years of having my headset bricked for months due to the devs at meta, I realized the issue.

Uninstall meta link software.

Then go find all oculus and meta link folder in appdata, program files, and program files x86. delete everything, restart the pc.

Next use the DDU to remove nvidia drivers. Restart, Install a new version or 566.36 (in my opinion the best for driver for 40 series).

Then reinstall Meta Link software.  It should work again. 

 I tried just uninstalling the meta Oculus software and the folders alone and it did nothing. it honestly might just be a nvidia driver reinstall to fix it.
