Quest 3S controller issues

My quest 3S controllers keep fully disconnecting when they go out of the cameras view instead of just losing tracking. I tried factory resetting the headset, replacing the batteries, and unpairing/pairing the controllers again but nothing worked. It started happening while I was using it. Can someone help me find a fix??

That's impossible.  The controllers are connected via Bluetooth, they stay connected as long as they are in Bluetooth range. The cameras have no role. It might be that your controllers have a problem and are completely disconnected and you're only using your hands without realizing it.
