Quest Pro Controller Keeps Repeatedly Disconnecting and Reconnecting

Yesterday my Quest Pro controllers received a software update and after that update, the left controller keeps connecting and disconnecting over and over every five or so seconds. It's basically unusable.

    Same issue as thread 1369940: left Touch Pro controller disconnect-loop after a software update. Headset logs show the radio connects fine but GkSync fails every cycle; disconnect labeled update-required though otaRequired=0. HW rev 0x30; right controller rev 0x31 unaffected." An existing thread showing it's update-triggered plus your GkSync evidence is exactly what pushes it from "user problem" to "acknowledged software bug.

    I just got the august 20 2026 update and my left controller keeps disconnecting

      We have all the same issue, Meta needs to fix it.
