Right controller broken?

After putting in new batteries, I found out that the right controller of my quest 3 lost its tracking. The meta button works, but not the tracking. The joystick doesn't work either in game. The left controller is fine. I found a video with a comment that confirms over 3 people had the same issue 3 months ago. Here is some more info.

I came back after 3 days of not using my meta quest 3 headset. I found out that when I turned on my headset, the right controller didn't have a line in front of it, wasn't highlighted, and the battery didn't display on the top of the controller. The meta button still works, but the tracking doesn't. The left controller seems to be unharmed. I noticed while watching a video that other people seemed to be having the same problem 8 months ago. Here is the link if needed.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hD43iDBomIM. I quote them "I'm having an issue where my right controller is connected, I can press on buttons and it works (like the meta one), It's full battery but it's not being tracked, I can't see it...
I tried reset, unpair and repair, everything but it's still having the same issue." "i’m having the same issue". "Me too! It’s just started the other day! My left one works perfectly, but the right one fails to track. But the buttons works."

I forgot to say that at random, my right controller will get some really wonky tracking. Like my hand in yeeps(gorilla tag kinda) gets overdone. If I move my hand to the left, it goes over where my hand is. The direction my hand is also changed at a near 180(degree) diffrence in comparison to my hand. When this happens, if I press the meta button, my controller's tracking is normal again. This resets when i turn my vr off.

Looks like it's broken as you seem to have tried everything. If your headset is still under warranty, return the controller and seek a replacement. If it's outside the warranty, you'll need to get it repaired or buy a new one.

I think it's a glitch as 3 other people have had the same issue. I got my headset 4 years ago but only started using it 2 years ago. It is well outside the warranty period. Do you know if meta store still replies to forums like these?

They don't unfortunately. But if you want to talk to a human support person try one of the options on the link below. WhatsApp seems to be the best option.

Update: I noticed that the battery display is weird. Only on the right controller. The battery went from 60<50<20<10<1 in under one minute. I replaced it and it seemed fine, but I noticed that my right controller's battery was losing battery a lot faster than my left.(Keep in mind I didn't use it for anything other than meta button)

Have you resolved your issue? I also have the problem that the left controller fails to connect after replacing the batteries, but the right controller connects normally.
