Right hand quest 2 controller

I restarted my Quest 2 in PCVR link mode because I was lagging randomly and that fixed it but now my right controller wont track but the buttons work and I tried every fix I've seen on YT but it is still busted anyone got a fix?

    if it helps the right controller blinks orange when I try to use it after I reset

    Check the battery just in case, that it's not depleted, if it's not, remove it for about 10 minutes and then put it back to give it time to reset. Maybe do with the two of them just in case. If that doesn't work maybe factory reset.
