Trying to configure my Quest after factory reset and got stuck in security video screen

What you are describing sounds somewhat like the desciption of setting up a Quest 1. 

It sticks always at that point during the setup and needs an older version of the Horizon app when using an Android phone. Setup using an iphone works without issues.

So, if Quest "2" is a typo, try it with an older version of the app. Look here:

thanks for your reply and yes, you're right. It's a Quest 1.... thanks to your info, I was able to get out of this situation by using an Ipad instead of my Android devices....

But, now, I'm facing the next "problem". Now, I see the screen: Headset wird aktualisiert (Updating Headset). You will be informed, when you're able to use your Headset. Not sure, how long this procedure is taking. And if it's still working.... But in my Headset, I only see the screen: "in der mobilen meta quest app mit der einrichtung fortfahren" ( will be something like: "Continue with setup in the mobile meta quest app") and not sure, how to get out of this....
