When mirroring the Meta Quest 3 via a C-to-C cable, there is noticeable afterimage on the screen.
I mirrored my Quest 3 to a self-powered portable monitor using a C-to-C cable that supports USB 3.2 Gen 2 (100W, 8K, 20Gbps, PD fast charging). The mirroring works fine, and the image displays properly on the monitor. However, I’m getting terrible ghosting inside the Quest 3 headset, making it unusable.
When I keep my head completely still, there’s no ghosting. But as soon as I move my head around, severe ghosting/motion blur occurs and makes me dizzy.
Is there a setting I can tweak to fix this issue? Or would upgrading to a higher-spec cable, like a 40Gbps one, solve the problem?
