a little disappointed

I just got Oculus Rift yesterday after waiting 5 months :)
But it made me disappointed about quality.
Another the problem is, when I go around using keyboard, I feel dizzy like carsick.
Is there anyway to fix it like make movement smoothly.. .?

    r u a Chinese? U need to train ur brain to feel comfotable with it . sorry my english not very good. but this dissy thing happens when some guy not like sports. after a while ur brain gonna get use to it

    Do some drill from air plan driver to fit ur car sick
