There is another beta this weekend. I have not tried tridef before but think I may try Vixe's work around. Family will be in town so I have very limited time to try it.
I was going to procrastinate today, but it looks like its going to have to wait for tomorrow.
For some reason, when you use the DX11 drivers, both TriDef and Vorpx (I have heard about tridef, i have not tested it myself).. will fail to hook onto the graphics dll to enable rift mode.
I can't tell you why it fails to put the game into rift-mode, that is for people way better in programming than I to explain
I'm looking for a way to force the game into 110 FOV, no luck so far with my googling.
* It would behoove Bethesda to put in native Rift support and native controller support, or they will loose all of their "VR customers" to Sony when EQ Next comes out since EQ will have native support (no 3rd party drivers / software / addons needed). ESO isn't that good of an mmorpg tbh. It's decent, yes, but it's the exact same as DAOC, EQ2, etc.. etc.. it's just the lore, environment, models, and fighting styles that are different.
Current WIPs using Unreal Engine 4: Agrona - Tales of an Era : Medieval Fantasy MORPG
Changing "D3D11" to "D3D9" did not work for me :( It just errors when I hit play and tries to submit a bug report. Does the game need to be set to 1280x800 ahead of time? I'm using Vorpx.
