Hello, I need your help! Ordered Ray Ban glasses from the official website Ordered RayBan glasses from the official website on January 12, 2026. I got glasses on February 13, 2026 I’m from Kazakhstan. I used glasses for 1.5 months.On March 29, I shot my content in the morning. After shooting, I turned off my glasses and continued to wear them ( in the off state )After 3 hours, I turn on the glasses and it doesn't say anything (and it doesn't take off or take pictures) that is , it turns on silently . I thought maybe the battery was dead, charged the case and glasses, but still. Then I started looking for information from Anglo and American tik tok (specifically Gen1). Many people have this problem. There is also an error on the Meta Ai application itself. Also, as soon as I put on my glasses, they turn off immediately. And it seems that the sensors that are located near the ear, when there is contact with the ears, they automatically turn off.Please help me with this problem. This

Ola, tenho dois óculos Rayban Meta, um de Lente Clara e outro de Lente Escura... Primeiro o de Lente escura começou a dar problemas com a bateria, além de não carregar 100% elas descarregam muito mais rápido, em questão de poucos minutos, as vezes nem usando eles vão descarregando... O mesmo problema está ocorrendo com o de lente clara. Existe uma burocracia para resolverem o problema, pois já tentei alguns canais e nada se resolve... os óculos não são baratos e gosto muito de usá-los para viagem e já não consigo como antes... eles não duram e só servem como óculos mesmo.

I can send text messages with my Meta AI glasses, it works fine.   The only issue is that there is no record of the message that I send in my text messaging app.Android, Samsung Galazy

I am paranoid about hackers and my VPN is set to automatically turn on whenever I leave the house.Voice recognition Does not work when I’m using my VPN on iOS when out and about I’m comfortable with voice processing happening in the cloud. My issue is that when my iPhone VPN is on, ‘Hey Meta’ stops working. Since iOS doesn’t allow split tunneling, could Meta add an option for the glasses to use a whitelisted server or port so voice commands work even while a VPN is active? I want the privacy protection of VPN for everything else, but still be able to use voice.   

my glasses when i ask meta to send a message 50 percent of the time it crashes and makes beeping noises trying to think and fail. while im asking meta to send a message to instagram it fails 100 percent of the time. its asking me who i want to send it to when i already told it to send it to a group on instagram. i want to return these glasses or trade it for meta raybans those glasses are more reliable but the battery on vanguards last me a while. ive already unbinded did a factory reset and did a hard reset its not fixing it. i have a feeling the last update kind of screwed it up

Oakley Vanguard FW 22.0, iPhone 16 Pro iOS 26.2.1When trying "Hey Meta ... send last photo to X", I get "Send photo from phone to X?" ... I say "yes" and then Meta says "Sending photo to X" but nothing happens. No photo "link" in iMessage is sent nor photo in Messenger. Tried it with iMessage and FB Messenger. I know it has to be a "iPhone Settings and Permissions" as text works to send messages. There is a conflict somewhere.My troubleshooting, done multiple times:Restart/Reboot iPhoneForce Restart VanguardFactory Reset of Vanguards and re-addedDeleted Meta app and re-addedConfirmed Photos "Full Access" for Meta app in iPhone SettingsConfirmed MMS settings in iMessages on iPhoneEnabled "Cloud" in Meta appHas never worked for me since I got the glasses in mid-January.Any thoughts?   

So after factory resetting and reopening my glasses I got in the early access program and was able to use the handwriting feature but after a week it just disapeared anyone got any fixes?

When inside the case the glasses has a green light. App shows 100% charged. As soon as i remove the glasses from charging case, glasses are dead. I put the glasses back to the charging case, a white light flashes  and then turns green. I remove the glasses and its dead again. And meta please help I need these glasses for my Dad

So... I've had my Meta Display glasses for about a week and all was fine, till it wasn't. Now, when I use my glasses and band, the band functionality stops after a few minutes of usage. I have rebooted the band and re-paired, I have reset it back to factory settings, I have cleaned the band contacts, and just about every other recommended fix, but only get temporary correction. Could the band just be defective??? What else should I try? Excited, but frustrated, if this is what to expect from these after such a short time.Thoughts???

Just got my gen 2 Rayban Wayfarer Glasses and the audio keeps auto adjusting on its own and changing songs randomly. I have adaptive audio turned off but it keeps adjusting and changing songs on its own. Does anyone know why it would do this?

When cycling I have been able to direct meta by voice to post a photo on Facebook, I hear the camera click then meta asks if I am ready to share, I confirm photo is posted on facebook. On a ride this week it did just that and posted, however, later on in the ride on agreeing I was ready to share it then asked a supplementary question of who I wanted to post it to. How do  I stop this latter glitch I only want to post the image to my Facebook wall or story.

I just updated my Oakley Vanguard to version 23 (123.0.0.264.1) and I can't take photos, videos, or use auto-capture. Any ideas?

I've two pair of RayBan meta gen2 "Headliner + Wayfarer", and few days ago the Headliner start the issue and today also the Wayfarer.Each is connected to a different phone with different setups, but now both RayBan, when asked to play the just received WhatsApp voice message, they are muted, like they are playing a mute message...It never happened before, all the audio commands and speakers works good on other applications...We reset both glasses, reconnect, ans troubleshooting but nothing changes...Anyone has the same issue?

Hola la batería ya no funciona para nada la sacado del estuche y ya no conecta para nada como puedo cambiarla batería o donde compro el repuesto de baterías por qué si las compras y salen con que ya no funciona. Y no ahí nada de garantía por que los compraste en una tienda y ellos solo dicen que no saben. Como está medio feo 

Mis Rayban Meta wayfarer del año 2025, han dejado de reconocer la voz en instrucciones de AI, e incluso en las grabaciones de vídeo. Sabemos algo de éste problema?

Before last week, I could drive, play music from my car, and record videos simultaneously. However, suddenly, all of these functions stopped working. When I press the record button on the glasses, it pauses the music, which was never the case before. Is this a glitch? 

Gen2 purchased last month.. at night speakers were working.. when i woke up, the red “!” alert let me know they were no longer working.. I’ve done all the troubleshooting your annoyingly pleasant bot suggests. I paid more money for the stupid meta plus warranty and navigating that has been a nightmare.. this should still fall under the standard 1 year warranty though.. ordered from meta… my meta account on website wont even show these glasses under my devices until I type in my order number and then it pops up.. but doesn’t add them to my device list.. just replace em please. Let’s get that goin…

Does anybody else have problems with their skyler glasses generation one with people having trouble hearing you on the phone call and the phone call not going up loud?

Every t!me my glasses play music every 3 or 4 minutes itll disconnect bluetooth pausing the music änd anything involved, already tried factory resetting normally resetting forgetting !n bluetooth resetting my phones network everything. How can i fix this

My rayban meta after 2 years of continuous usage has issues with connecting to my iPhone . Is it time for replacement or is it still repairable?

My meta neural band works for a couple of minutes then it starts to go all crazy it doesn’t detect my gestures and in reads random gestures 

I got hit in the face while using my wayfarer gen2, now they do not turn on I want to get them fixed but I don't know where I can send them, I live in Mexico and I don't want to purchase a new pair of glasses just for an small hit.

My Meta glasses Gen1 stops working anytime I wear them on. It shows red light and disconnects. Please how can I fix this?

I had gotten Meta Ray Ban Display (w/ prescriptions) as a birthday present and have been enjoying them for a long time, especially after the V23 update.However, today, when I went and turned them on, it wasn't working properly.The LED light wasn't working, the in-lens display wasn't showing, wasn't connecting to my smartphone via Bluetooth, and all I can hear is a sound effect when I tap the touchpad.Force restarting and factory resetting didn't work as the LED light is NOT working.I appreciate it if someone has a working solution to this problem. Thank you.
