AI Glasses

When recording a voice note in WhatsApp (via pressing button in whatsapp app) I hear the end-recording sound over and over and voice note is not recorded. I've tried rebooting, unlinking... And this always comes back. Anyone else experiencing this?

Reminders have no location. Release notes don't mention region for this functionality 

I have a meta trial for calm, but the integration has dissapeared. Confused as to why or how this can happen, having features with meta related trials on third party apps supported by meta dissapear.

I'm having a frustrating issue with my Gen 2 glasses where photos become extremely blurry when saved to Meta AI reminders. I’ve tried every version of resetting. Back to factory settings and case reset. Waited for battery to drain to attempt new download of app and reintroduced the device to the app. It connected through the setup and now it won’t connect again. It’s the 3rd time doing this. Not sure if I’m overlooking something.

I'm getting a bunch of intermittent problems 24 hours in on brand new Ray Ban gen 2 with iPhone 13 running iOS 26.0......Can be on a call for 45 mins via glasses to iPhone and it's perfect - love it. But end call, start a new one and the glasses disconnect, reconnect, disconnect, reconnect, disconnect (and repeat) all the time - typically between five and twenty seconds connected then not-connected cycle. The white notification LED will be on and stay on until I put glasses back in the case. Then they'll be fine. Then later on the same issue again. Touch Bar has a mind of its own. It'll be fine, then you can swipe volume up but not down, or it won't respond to one tap to pause, but will respond to two taps to skip a track.  Sometimes you can start AI with a tap, other times not. Then "OK, meta" will work, but "Hey meta" won't. Then "Hey meta" and "OK meta" will work but tapping the Touch Bar won't.80% of the time Meta AI app recognises the glasses, then it won't (glasses

I can’t get past this screen on setup. Very frustrating. Can anyone guide me on a resolution. I’ve tried the factory reset, hard reset basically everything on the interwebs that I could Find. 

One more thing that puzzles me since day one is the nosepad. One of the two, the one that has a hole in it, I suppose for the mic, it is not perfectly aligned with the glasses , creating a small blunt angle on the surface. it doesn't hurt on my nose but I'm wondering if it's a slight alignment problem of construction. It can hardly be seen but it is not as smooth as the other nosepad, and if you pass your finger over it you can feel it's not smooth. Has anyone experienced this ?I add the photo although it's hard to see it 

I noticed that all MHCP members have access to create clothing based off the updates that Meta has announced; however, I’m currently  still missing this feature on my account. I’d like to know how I can get this issue resolved so that I can begin creating clothing as well.

My Ray-Ban Meta Headliner (Gen 2) glasses work fine overall, but after I put them in the case (power switch left ON as recommended), there’s no welcome chime and “Hey Meta” doesn’t respond when I take them out again.Everything works if I toggle the power switch OFF → ON, but I shouldn’t need to do that.Firmware and app are up to date, and I’ve reset/repaired several times.Is this a known sleep/wake issue or firmware bug?Scott (UK)

I activated the function to pause when the glasses are not worn.  But even if the Hey meta works, the glasses goes on standby after some time, and the touchpad doesn't work. The only way I have to use the touchpad is to disable the function, so the glasses are always active. But in this case I noticed the battery fades faster. It's as if the glasses don't detect when I wear them. Any solution? ideas?I don't understand if it's a hardware problem or a software problem. 

Hi my Ray-Ban Meta glasses have a broken arm on the side with the power button.Could you please tell me if you provide repairs and how to send them in, and whether I can power them on or retrieve my videos before repair, and how to do that. Thanks.

How can I turn on the camera feature in Meta Classes so I can take pictures of my surroundings and have them explained? It’s not working — photos and videos work fine otherwise.

Is any one seen more unfriendly device other than rayban meta.i have spent more than a month to do a factory setting . Thanks meta for the real torture and waste of time 

I recently upgraded my phone and today I used my meta glasses to record dozens of videos.now when I got home, I opened the app to download the videos and I was on as the same account, same everything, except my new phone wasn’t paired with the glasses.so I went to pair them, and it told me I need to reset the glasses. But I don’t want to delete all the footage.is there a way to import media besides pairing? Can the case do it? 

I got got 2 pair of them, one for my brother and one for myself as it was limited to one per customer.One of them is working fine and loving it, but the other one won't turn on. I've tried the restore or reset, holding the camera button five or six times and then holding it, I've tried with one leg open, bout close and open, holding the camera and then turning on the lenses and nothing seems to turn the led on, not even when charging. What else can I try?

Hello, why do I need to be connected to wifi just to import media? I am on holidays and I want to record a video and import the video over mobile data. Why do I need to go back to hotel just to import the media? I want to be able to import over mobile data, this restriction is pointless and ridiculous at the same time. Meta needs to address this issue and fix it, software update should remove this restriction and allow us to import media over mobile data and not only over wifi. 

I am writing today to suggest that Meta adds the option for lead lenses for healthcare workers working in x-ray all day, like cardiac catheterization lab, electrophysiology lab, or interventional radiology. I am sure there's more that would also use them. How sweet would it be that your doctor is wearing Meta glasses during your procedure and being able to access research or your chart without leaving scrub table while protecting the doctors eyes from radiation that cause cataracts. Yes it may be a small sample of people that would order these. But they would be so valuable to the people that do. Ray Ban and Oakley already are partner with lead companies, selling radiation glasses with them. This would be taking it to a whole new level.

Is going to cause a lot of returns.. I have a pair of each for testing purposes, and even for 19.0  gen2 cannot stream. The choice by meta to nerf live-streaming to Instagram is a dealbreaker for me. They need to be clear on what their intentions are with live-streaming.

I just purchased the Meta Ray Ban display glasses and whenever I try to login with instagram and connect it I just get "Account already added" and I cannot link my instagram. The desired instagram account is already linked to my accounts center on the Meta AI app, so I am super confused why I cannot just link the accounts
