AI Glasses

Hi All, Anyone know how to send messages on whatsapp? Virtually all of my contacts have a couple of numbers (work, mobile, home etc) and rayban sees these as duplicate contacts, and says rename or remove the duplicates before you can send. Frustrating!

Is off topic the best place to submit feature requests and beta feedback for the Ray-Ban meta glasses?Is it possible to add a category?It would be great if there was a section in the meta view app for feedback and feature requests. Or possibly a link to this forum. 

This used to work great for me when I first got the glasses a few months ago. Double click the capture button while on a WhatsApp call to stream video from the glasses rather than the phone. Now nothing happens, the glasses just take a photo. Also I don't see a prompt in either app telling me that the feature is available, which I'm pretty sure I used to see.   Has the functionality been removed, and of so why? It was such a killer feature!   App v. 177.1.0.9.109 and yes, I have WhatsApp enabled in communication settings

I got the V9 update but why did you remove the female voice?  I would think in the United States with discrimination laws on everything you would ensure that we had the female voice.  As an old woman I feel more comfortable listening to a female voice.  So what gives?  And I wish there was a simple way to record what I'm seeing and hearing to better troubleshoot because Once I ask Meta to record, Meta doesn't respond until I stop recording.  And Screen Record on phone doesn't pick up any external sounds.  I need help with this.  

Come on now.  I'm right smack in the middle of the United States in St Louis MO.  And when I see that people in the UK now have Version 9 of their Rayban glasses yet I am informed that my version 8 is up to date, I wonder where you think we are?  St Louis MO is not on Alpha Centauri or something.  We are in the United States.  Why aren't we getting this update like everyone else is?

My RayBan stories just update, and now it can't find the videos I took this morning. I only logged onto the meta view app to import the videos but it wouldn't let me do anything before updating. Now the update is finished, there are no videos to import.. I'm really keen to see those videos as they were of a fun morning out with my 18-month-old..Can you please help? 

I have a very small head or face structure with my ears my nose I work kids glasses and I have to get the ones with that wire so I can bend them in to fit my face. Would this be a good fit for me?

I'm particularly impressed with the AI capabilities integrated into the Rayban glasses. It's a game-changer! I believe it's the future of AI interactions. I'd like to request a new feature in the Meta View app to use with the Rayban glasses: I would like to have the ability to save multiple user-defined prompts that can be easily selected and injected into the Meta AI when using the glasses. This would allow me to access frequently used prompts without having to rephrase them every time. For example, I'd like to define a prompt like "Act as an English teacher to correct my sentence grammatically" and save it as "Prompt 1" in the Meta View app. Then, when I interact with the glasses, I could say "Hey Meta! Select Prompt 1" followed by my question or prompt, and the system would use the predefined prompt to respond accordingly. This feature would greatly enhance my experience with Meta AI with the Rayban glasses and I believe it will open up more possibilities for using th

I am looking to setup realtime audio transcription to txt via Rayban Meta Smart Glasses to build training data.  I don't think it would be able to identify voices .. yet, but even just straight text NLM's are able to disseminate between different people in a conversation. Lets assume there is enough room for storage. That's always going to be.. is an issue. 

Hi guys, I recently got a pair of RayBan Meta sunglasses, absolutely love them. So much so that I went and bought a second pair (clear lenses) to wear in the house as I take calls at home all day with work. This is the perfect solution for me as headphones eventually hurt my ears when worn for extended periods. Until I realised you can only have one pair paired at a time, I contacted the help desk and the only solution is to factory reset each pair every time I want to link them, or get a second phone to have each one paired to.Not ideal as you can imagine.Is there any way or any plans to be able to have more than one pair linked to one phone?
