Hey Everyone,

The Public Test Channel (PTC) for Quest v72 is starting to roll out soon for Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest Pro, Meta Quest 3 and Meta Quest 3S.

If you're seeing an issue or bug after updating to PTC v72:

1) For issues: Go to our Get Help board and search for any existing thread on the issue, if you don't find one, make a new thread. Please add the tag "PTC v72" to the thread and in the title. This way everyone can look for just PTC v72 issues too.

2) For bugs: If you come across a bug, please post each one you spot in its own thread, to keep track of individual issues separately.

Share your impressions in the comments below and let us know if you see any issues.

Please make sure to also send in bug reports along with posting on the forums if you notice anything going wrong.

We know it's tough when you run into a problem on a PTC build and want to thank you all again for testing out PTC and sharing your feedback! This feedback is extremely helpful to our engineering teams. We appreciate your interest and persistence in testing out the core functionality of software as we develop!

TomCgcmfc So your power off menu competely vanishes?
OK, now you have to do two "clicks", which makes no sense of course... but it's still there:

And as you've advised, both, Desktop App and Quest 2 were updated too:

Meta Quest Link: 72.0.0.500.353
Quest 3: v72 Build 5047332.12160.510
Quest 3: v72 - Build 5127210.8540.150

Mixed Reality Link works fine, only when trying to use both Meta Quest Link and Mixed Reality Link (not at the same time of course ;-)) there are issues with my setup. But other than that, everything works as it should!

Anonymous There is a difference between "All" and "Applications"... "All" contains less (!) than "Applications" 😂
The section "unknown sources" ist missing in "All" for example... which also makes noch sense, Mata.
In the latter, there is a new program called "Mobile MRC Setup" (on both, Q2/Q3)...
... this is looking realy facy, but seems to do nothing 😎

Anonymous Look at the screens again... "Sleep Mode" shows up on both steps, which still don't makes any sense... why tap "accu options" to show "shutdown" and "restart"?

And why do you do 5 posts in a row?
Is it to complicated to pack your content in a single post?

Buetigame reduce the size of the menu, so they added the other option or more options when clicking it. They didn't like on how big it was at first. The option was added to me on V69 to V71

Buetigame plus, it could be the new UI conflicting the 3 different shutdown menu options. Because I did noticed a short little time I was having no option for sleep mode after my factory resets during V71 to V72. But appears after I restart my headset

Don't use the mobile app store to find it. Go on the website. Mobile app store will say unavailable

Some reason I can't take a picture inside the app. Privacy reason probably
