NomadsAnIsland to answer your question - yes, you are forced to exchange your experience with the retail firmware in the PTC thread. Obviously it's to "hard" for Meta's community worker, to create a new retail thread each one or two months... 

Beside that, if I tap the "What's New" in the settings, the website is shown.
Closing it, will take you back to the settings...

They are adding "Remove apps from Library" feature back again on V72. They will be calling it "Remove" in the uninstall selection. Really don't know when it will appear but someone received it. 

Anonymous now if they could get Always Include Mic Audio and fix Meta AI to enable properly again it would be a big improvement, that and fix the memory leak in Horizon Worlds!

I would like to also mention that currently when I try to power off my headset, it starts updating. The "Cancel and Power Off" button just returns me to my home environment. The only way I can actually power off my headset is by holding down the power button.

I'm sorry, but there are lots of times where I am not at home with my headset and wish to power it off so that it will not lose charge before I get to a place where I'm comfortable leaving it while it updates. I should also mention that this updates screen seems to happen very regularly. I expect the "Cancel and Power Off" button to actually cancel the updates and power off my headset, not cancel the power off sequence.

GSOsborne  Maybe try going into your software update panel and disable the option to update and backup before shutting down.  I did this and now my headset powers off almost immediately.

Apparently, there are many reports of Quest 2 devices getting bricked (unbootable state) immediately after updating to v72. Meta should address these claims asap and block the update if needed.
